球囊膨肺结合规范化康复护理在气管切开患者肺部并发症防治中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探究球囊膨肺结合规范化康复护理在气管切开患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年2月—2023年7月广西壮族自治区江滨医院收治的60例气管切开老年患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,各30例。对照组采用常规人工气道护理,试验组在对照组基础上采用球囊膨肺结合规范化康复护理。对比两组并发症发生率、血气指标、住院时间、住院费用及单日吸痰总量。结果:试验组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P=0.038)。干预前,两组血气指标水平对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预后,两组动脉血二氧化碳分压水平下降,动脉血氧分压、氧合指数水平均上升,且试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组住院时间更短,住院费用、单日吸痰总量更少(P<0.001)。结论:在气管切开患者中应用球囊膨肺结合规范化康复护理可降低并发症发生率,改善血气指标,缩短住院时间,减少住院费用,改善患者预后。Objective:To investigate the application effect of balloon expansion of lung combined with standardized rehabilitation nursing in tracheotomy patients.Methods:Sixty cases of elderly patients with tracheotomy admitted to Jiangbin Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from February 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,each with thirty cases.The control group used conventional artificial airway care,and the experimental group used balloon expansion lung combined with standardized rehabilitation care on the basis of the control group.The complication rate,blood gas index,hospitalization time,hospitalization cost and total sputum suction per day were compared between the two groups.Results:The total complication rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P=0.038).Before the intervention,there was no statistical difference between the levels of blood gas indexes of the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the level of arterial blood carbon dioxide partial pressure of the two groups declined,and the levels of arterial oxygen partial pressure and oxygenation index increased,and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the experimental group had a shorter hospital stay,and the hospitalization cost and the total amount of sputum suctioned in a single day were less(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of balloon expansion lung combined with standardized rehabilitation nursing care in tracheotomy patients can reduce the complication rate,improve the blood gas index,shorten the length of hospital stay,reduce the hospital costs,and improve the prognosis of the patients.
