摘　　要：目的:探究自制式芒硝冰袋冷敷结合饮食干预对扁桃体切除患儿术后恢复的影响。方法:选取2022年1—12月毕节市赫章县人民医院收治的扁桃体切除术后患儿68例作为研究对象,随机分为参照组与研究组,各34例。参照组行常规护理,研究组在参照组基础上联合自制式芒硝冰袋冷敷及饮食干预。对比两组术后康复时间、疼痛程度、营养指标水平及并发症发生情况。结果:研究组流涕、睡眠打鼾、鼻翼扇动消失时间及住院时间均短于参照组(P<0.001);术后12、24、48、72 h,研究组视觉模拟评分法评分均低于参照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组白蛋白、总蛋白水平降低,研究组白蛋白、总蛋白水平均高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于参照组(P=0.024)。结论:自制式芒硝冰袋冷敷结合饮食干预可促进扁桃体切除患儿术后恢复,减轻术后疼痛程度,改善营养指标,减少并发症发生。Objective:To investigate the effect of homemade mirabilite ice pack cold compression combined with dietary intervention on the postoperative recovery of children with tonsillectomy.Methods:Sixty-eight cases of postoperative tonsillectomy children admitted to Bijie Hezhang County People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into the reference group and the study group,each with thirty-four cases.The reference group carried out routine nursing care,and the study group combined homemade mirabilite ice pack cold compression and dietary intervention on the basis of the reference group.The two groups were compared in terms of postoperative recovery time,pain level,nutritional index level and complication occurrence.Results:The study group's runny nose,sleep snoring,nasal flap disappearing time and hospitalization time were shorter than that of the reference group(P<0.001);the scores of visual analogue scoring method in the study group were lower than that of the reference group at 12,24,48,72 h after surgery(P<0.05);after the intervention,the levels of albumin and total protein decreased in the two groups,and the levels of albumin and total protein in the study group were higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05);the complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the reference group(P=0.024).Conclusion:The combination of homemade mirabilite ice packs cold compresses and dietary intervention can promote the postoperative recovery of children with tonsillectomy,reduce the degree of postoperative pain,improve nutritional indicators,and reduce the incidence of complications.
