中药热奄包联合康复护理对腰椎间盘突出症患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探察中药热奄包联合康复护理对腰椎间盘突出症患者的影响。方法:选取威宁县人民医院2023年2月—2024年1月收治的104例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各52例。对照组采用康复护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上联合中药热奄包干预。对比两组临床疗效、疼痛改善情况及满意度。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P=0.027);观察组疼痛总改善率高于对照组(P=0.015);观察组总满意度高于对照组(P=0.026)。结论:中药热奄包联合康复护理干预应用于腰椎间盘突出症患者中效果显著,有利于改善其疼痛程度,患者满意度较高。Objective:To explore the influence of Chinese medicine hot bun combined with rehabilitation nursing on patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A total of one hundred and four patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Weining County People's Hospital from February 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with fifty-two cases in each group.The control group was treated with rehabilitation nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine hot bun intervention.The clinical efficacy,pain improvement and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.027);the total improvement rate of pain in observation group was higher than that in control group(P=0.015);the total satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.026).Conclusion:Chinese medicine hot bun combined with rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with lumbar disc herniation has a remarkable effect,which is beneficial to improve the degree of pain and patients'satisfaction.
