正确情绪宣泄引导联合团体康复干预在抑郁症患者护理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究正确情绪宣泄引导和团体康复干预应用于抑郁症患者护理中的价值。方法:选取2020年1月—2023年10月在贵阳市精神病医院接受治疗的抑郁症患者60例作为研究对象,经简单随机分组法分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组应用常规心理护理模式,观察组应用正确情绪宣泄引导和团体康复干预模式。比较两组护理前后应对方式、生活质量及情绪状态评分。结果:护理后,两组积极应对评分高于护理前,消极应对评分低于护理前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组生理、心理、社会关系、环境评分均高于护理前,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于护理前,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:开展正确情绪宣泄引导工作的同时,落实团体康复干预工作,可帮助抑郁症患者以积极的心态应对疾病,改善负面情绪,提高生活质量。Objective:To study the value of correct emotional catharsis guiding joint group rehabilitation intervention in nursing of patients with depression.Methods:A total of sixty patients with depression who received treatment in Guiyang Psychiatric Hospital from January 2020 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by simple randomization method,with thirty cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional psychological nursing mode,and the observation group was treated with correct emotional catharsis guiding joint group rehabilitation intervention mode.The coping style,quality of life and emotional state scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the positive coping score was higher than before nursing,the negative coping score was lower than before nursing,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the scores of physiological,psychological,social relationship and environment in both groups were higher than before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and selfrating depression scale in both groups were lower than before nursing,and those in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:While carrying out the correct emotional catharsis guiding work,the implementation of group rehabilitation intervention work can help patients with depression to cope with the disease with a positive attitude,improve negative emotions,and improve the quality of life.
