综合护理干预对脑出血早期手术患者预后的影响观察

摘　　要：目的:探究综合护理干预对脑出血早期手术患者预后的影响。方法:选取2021年8月—2022年8月贵州医科大学附属医院收治的脑出血患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理。比较两组患者生活质量、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、护理满意度及不良反应发生率。结果:干预后,两组各项生活质量评分均升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组NIHSS评分均降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P=0.025);观察组不良反应率低于对照组(P=0.043)。结论:对脑出血早期手术患者进行综合护理干预,能够改善患者神经功能,降低不良反应发生率,提高患者护理满意度及生活质量,预后效果良好。Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on prognosis of patients with early intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:A total of eighty patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Guizhou Medical University Affiliated Hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with forty cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing.Quality of life,national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)score,nursing satisfaction and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the quality of life scores of both groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);after intervention,the NIHSS score of both groups was decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.025);the adverse reaction rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P=0.043).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention for early intracerebral hemorrhage patients can improve the neurological function of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve the nursing satisfaction and quality of life of patients,and the prognosis is good.
