人性化服务在糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察人性化服务在糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取南昌市人民医院2023年1—10月收治的糖尿病患者84例纳入研究,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组42例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施人性化服务。对比两组护理满意度、用药依从性、血糖水平与情绪状态。结果:观察组护理总满意度高于对照组(P=0.004);观察组用药总依从性高于对照组(P<0.001);干预后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:为糖尿病患者开展人性化服务可提高其护理满意度与用药依从性,控制其血糖水平,缓解其焦虑与抑郁情绪。Objective:To observe the application effect of humanized service in nursing care of diabetic patients.Methods:A total of eighty-four patients with diabetes admitted to Nanchang People's Hospital from January to October 2023 were included in the study and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with forty-two patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received humanized service based on the control group.Nursing satisfaction,medication compliance,blood glucose level and emotional state were compared between the two groups.Results:The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.004);the total medication compliance of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.001);after the intervention,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanized service for diabetic patients can improve their nursing satisfaction and medication compliance,control their blood glucose level,and alleviate their anxiety and depression.
