摘　　要：开展矿产资源资产清查是摸清矿产资源资产家底的重要途径,也是强化矿产资源资产管理的必要措施。基于全民所有矿产资源资产清查试点工作,通过净现值法和系数调整法等,测算出湖北省18种矿产资源资产清查价格及地区调整系数,建立了湖北省矿产资源资产清查价格体系。同时提出了价格体系建设中存在的问题和建议,为进一步摸清湖北省矿产资源资产经济价值、优化矿产资源配置和支撑矿产资源开发利用管理提供科学决策依据。The inventory of mineral resources assets is an important way to find out the quantity of mineral resources assets,and it is also a necessary measure to strengthen the management of mineral resources assets.Based on the pilot work of national ownership of all mineral resource assets inventory,this paper calculates the inventory price of 18 kinds of mineral resource and the regional adjustment coefficient in Hubei Province through the net present value method and coefficient adjustment method,and establishes the inventory price system of mineral resource assets in Hubei Province.At the same time,the problems and suggestions in the construction of the price system are put forward to provide a basis for further finding out the economic value of mineral resources assets in our province,optimizing the allocation of mineral resources,and supporting the scientific decision-making of mineral resources development and utilization management.
