布鲁氏菌病合并综合征1例并文献复习

摘　　要：本文报道1例布鲁氏菌病合并Stevens-Johnson综合征。患者起病急,无相关药物过敏史。患者胸前、颈部、背部、腹部能够观察到较多大小不等的靶型红疹,之后发展成了疱疹,部分融合成片,眼睛及外生殖器红肿伴血性结痂,诊断为Stevens-Johnson综合征。住院期间血培养出羊型布鲁氏菌。给予患者人免疫球蛋白输注、多西环素联合利福平抗感染治疗并进行皮肤、黏膜护理后症状改善,最后痊愈出院。This article presents a case of brucellosis complicated with Stevens-Johnson syndrome.The patient exhibited an acute onset of the disease without any history of drug allergies.Target-shaped red rashes of varying sizes were observed predominantly on the chest,neck,back,and abdomen,which later progressed into herpes,some merging into larger patches.The eyes and external genitalia were red and swollen,accompanied by bloody scabs.The patient was diagnosed as Stevens-Johnson syndrome.During hospitalization,Brucella melitensis was cultured from the blood.After administering human immunoglobulin infusion,doxycycline combined with rifampicin for anti-infection treatment,and providing skin and mucosal care,the patient’s symptoms improved,and the patient recovered and was discharged.
