摘　　要：碳水化合物与蛋白质均为生长育肥猪日粮中的必要组分,对猪的生长发育具有关键作用。随着营养学研究的深入,两者在日粮中的平衡及相互作用对动物生长性能的重要性日益凸显。文章系统综述了相关研究成果,深入分析了生长育肥猪日粮中碳水化合物与蛋白质的相互作用机制,并据此总结了当前优化猪日粮配方的有效策略,旨在为多元化配方与精准营养技术的发展提供理论基础和技术支持。Carbohydrates and proteins are both essential components in the diets of growing-finishing pigs,playing crucial roles in their growth and development.As nutritional research advances,understanding the interactions and balancing these two nutrients in diets for animal growth performance has become increasingly prominent.This article systematically reviews relevant research findings and provides an in-depth analysis of their interaction mechanisms between carbohydrates and proteins,as well as the current effective and perspective strategies for optimizing swine diet formulations,aiming to provide a theoretical foundation and technical support for the development of diversified formulations and precision nutrition technologies.
