竹叶提取物对白羽肉鸡生长性能、胴体性能及经济效益的影响

摘  要:为研究基础饲粮添加竹叶提取物对白羽肉鸡生长性能、胴体性能及经济效益的影响,评价竹叶提取物在白羽肉鸡饲喂中的应用价值,试验选取480只1日龄白羽肉鸡分为对照组和试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,每组6个重复,每个重复20只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮、试验Ⅰ组饲喂基础饲粮+0.5 g/kg竹叶提取物、试验Ⅱ组饲喂基础饲粮+1 g/kg竹叶提取物、试验Ⅲ组饲喂基础饲粮+2 g/kg竹叶提取物,饲喂42 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,22~42 d试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组ADG显著增加,F/G显著降低(P<0.05);1~42 d,试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组ADG显著增加(P<0.05),F/G显著降低(P<0.05);各阶段各组肉鸡ADFI均无显著差异(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,试验Ⅲ组屠宰率、胸肌率及腿肌率均显著升高(P<0.05);试验Ⅲ组半净膛率及全净膛率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),腹脂率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组滴水损失显著降低(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组pH_(24 h)显著升高(P<0.05),竹叶提取物对肉鸡胸肌肉剪切力、亮度、pH_(45 min)及蒸煮损失无显著影响(P>0.05);与对照组相比,试验I组每只肉鸡饲料成本上升1.06%,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组每只肉鸡饲料成本分别降低1.91%、0.93%,毛利润分别升高0.57、1.67、1.62元/只;饲喂经济效益分别提高0.45、1.90、1.74元/只。上述结果表明基础饲粮竹叶提取物可显著改善白羽肉鸡生长性能、胴体性能、提高经济效益。The effect of adding bamboo leaf extract to the basic feed on the growth performance,carcass performance,and economic benefits of white-feathered broilers was evaluated.The application value of bamboo leaf extract in the feeding of white feathered broiler chickens was evaluated.4801-day-old white-feathered broilers were selected and divided into a control group and experimental groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ,with 6 replicates in each group and 20 broilers in each replicate.The control group was fed with basic feed,experimental groupⅠwas fed with basic feed+0.5 g/kg bamboo leaf extract,experimental groupⅡwas fed with basic feed+1 g/kg bamboo leaf extract,and experimental group Ⅲ was fed with basic feed+2 g/kg bamboo leaf extract for 42 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,ADG significantly increased and F/G significantly decreased in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ of the 22-42 day experiment(P<0.05);from day 1 to 42,ADG significantly increased(P<0.05)and F/G significantly decreased(P<0.05)in experimental groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ;there was no significant difference in ADFI among the groups of broiler chickens at each stage(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the slaughter rate,chest muscle rate,and leg muscle rate in experimental group Ⅲ were significantly increased(P<0.05);the semi clearance rate and full clearance rate of Experiment Ⅲ group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the abdominal fat rate was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the drip loss in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ was significantly reduced(P<0.05);the pH of experimental groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ significantly increased after 24 hours(P<0.05),while bamboo leaf extract had no significant effect on the shear force,brightness,pH 45 min,and cooking loss of broiler breast muscles(P>0.05);compared with the control group,the feed cost of each broiler chicken in test group I increased by 1.06%,the feed cost of each broiler chicken in test groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ decreased by 1
