摘  要:试验旨在探究香附多糖对产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、免疫功能和脂代谢的影响。试验选取720只56周龄海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分4组,对照组(CK组)饲喂基础日粮,LCL组、MCL组、HCL组分别在基础日粮中添加400、800、1600 mg/kg BW香附多糖。预试期7 d,正试期42 d。结果显示:与CK组相比,LCL组平均蛋重显著升高(P<0.05),蛋黄颜色显著降低(P<0.05);MCL组料蛋比、血清LDL-C、血清游离脂肪酸(FAA)含量和肝脏总脂率显著降低(P<0.05),平均蛋重、哈夫单位、血清GLU和PG含量显著升高(P<0.05);HCL组蛋黄颜色、LDL-C、FAA和肝脏总脂率显著降低(P<0.05),血清GLU含量显著升高(P<0.05);香附多糖组免疫指标(除IgA外)、血清TP、HDL-C、Lep、Ins、T3和T4含量显著升高(P<0.05);香附多糖组蛋鸡肝脏TG和FAA含量显著降低(P<0.05)。香附多糖能够改善蛋鸡产蛋后期生产性能、提高免疫力、调节血清激素水平、改善蛋品质、降低肝脂率,香附多糖添加剂量以800 mg/kg BW为佳。This study aimed to investigate the effects of Cyperus rotundus polysaccharide on the production performance,egg quality,immunity function,and lipid metabolism of laying hens during late laying stages.A total of 720 Hy-Line Brown laying hens at 56 weeks of age were randomly divided into four groups:the control group(CK)was fed a basal diet,LCL group,MCL group and HCL group added 400,800 and 1600 mg/kg BW Cyperus rotundus polysaccharide in the basic diet respectively.The pre-experimental period lasted for 7 days,followed by a 42-day experimental period.Results showed that compared with the CK group,the LCL group exhibited a significant increase in average egg weight(P<0.05)and a significant decrease in yolk color(P<0.05);the MCL group had significantly lower feed-to-egg ratios,serum LDL-C,FAA content,and liver total lipid percentage(P<0.05),along with higher average egg weight,Haugh units,serum glucose(GLU),and insulin(PG)levels(P<0.05);the HCL group displayed a significant reduction in yolk color,LDL-C,FAA,and liver total lipid percentage(P<0.05),as well as a significant increase in serum GLU(P<0.05);immune indicators(except IgA),serum total protein(TP),HDL-C,leptin(Lep),insulin(Ins),triiodothyronine(T3),and thyroxine(T4)were significantly elevated(P<0.05)in Cyperus rotundus polysaccharide groups;the hepatic triglyceride(TG)and FAA contents of laying hens in these groups were also significantly reduced(P<0.05).These findings suggest that Cyperus rotundus polysaccharide can improve the production performance and egg quality,enhances their immune function,regulates serum hormone levels,and reduces liver lipid content in the later stage of laying hens with an optimal inclusion level of 800 mg/kg BW.
