摘  要:试验旨在研究不同添加水平的复合微生态制剂对离乳期梅花鹿生长性能、营养物质表观消化率、血清免疫和抗氧化指标的影响。选取(150±5)日龄、体重(26.78±1.66)kg健康雄性梅花鹿24只,随机分为4组(每组6个重复,每个重复1只),在基础饲粮中分别添加0(对照组)、50 mg(/头·d)(Ⅰ组)、100 mg(/头·d)(Ⅱ组)、200 mg(/头·d)(Ⅲ组)的复合微生态制剂,预试期5 d,正试期35 d。结果表明:①Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组梅花鹿平均日采食量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。②Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组粗蛋白消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。③Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);Ⅱ组免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)和白细胞介素-2(IL-2)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。④Ⅱ组血清中过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性极显著高于其余各组(P<0.01);Ⅱ组血清中丙二醛(MDA)含量极显著低于其余各组(P<0.01);Ⅲ组TSOD含量显著高于Ⅰ组和对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,在饲粮中添加100 mg(/头·d)的复合微生态制剂可以显著提高离乳期梅花鹿的平均日采食量、粗蛋白消化率以及免疫功能和抗氧化能力。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of compound probiotics with different levels of addition on growth performance,apparent digestibility of nutrients,serum immunity,and antioxidant indexes of sika deer during weaning period.A total of 24 healthy male sika deer with a close age(150±5)d and weight of(26.78±1.66)kg were randomly divided into 4 groups(6 replicates in each group,1 replicate per replicate),and 0(control group),50 mg/(head·day)(group I),100 mg/(head·day)(groupⅡ),200 mg/(head·day)(groupⅢ)compound probiotics were fed a basal diet,the preexperimental period lasted for 5 days,and the experimental period lasted for 35 days.The results showed as follows:①the average daily feed intake of sika deer in groupⅡand groupⅢcompared with the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).②The crude protein digestibility in group I and groupⅡwas significantly higher.Compared with the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).③The content of immunoglobulin A(IgA)in group I and groupⅢcompared with the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05);the contents of immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM)and interleukin-2(IL-2)in groupⅡwere significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).④The serum activities of catalase(CAT),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)in groupⅡwere significantly higher than those in the other groups(P<0.01),and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in the serum of groupⅡwas significantly lower than those in the other groups(P<0.01),the content of T-SOD in theⅢgroup was significantly higher than that in group I and control group(P<0.05).In conclusion,adding 100 mg/(head·day)of compound probiotics to feed can significantly improve the average daily feed intake,crude protein digestibility,immune function,and antioxidant capacity of sika deer during weaning period.
