摘  要:针对船用液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas,LNG)储罐的结构强度计算问题,以18 m^(3)内河船用C型LNG储罐为例,建立有限元分析模型。设定横倾工况相应的载荷边界条件并进行仿真计算,具体分析储罐应力集中区域,并校核不同横倾工况条件下的储罐结构强度。结果表明,储罐各构件的应力强度均在许用值内,但在局部结构不连续处易出现应力集中现象。研究结果可为相关船舶LNG储罐结构设计提供参考。In view of the calculation problem of structure strength of marine Liquefied Natural Gas(LNG)storage tank,a finite element analysis model is established with 18 m^(3)Type C LNG storage tank for inland vessel as an example.The load boundary conditions corresponding to heeling operation conditions are set up to make a simulation calculation,the stress concentration area of storage tank is concretely analyzed,and the structure strength of storage tank under different heeling operation conditions is checked.The results show that the stress intensity of each member of storage tank is within the allowable value,but the phenomenon of stress concentration is easy to occur in the local structural discontinuities.The research results can provide reference for the structure design of LNG storage tank on relevant ships.
