摘　　要：针对造船检验作业管理现状,研究造船检验作业标准化管理。确定标准化管理原则,完成标准化管理总体策划,进行标准化管理应用,并提出标准化管理应用目标。造船检验作业标准化管理可推动检验作业效率提升,完善造船质量控制(Quality Control,QC)流程,达到造船质量检验各环节有效管理、产品质量不断提高和企业质量竞争力持续提升的目的。In view of the current situation of shipbuilding inspection operation management,the standardization management of shipbuilding inspection operation is studied.The principles of standardization management are determined,the overall planning of standardization management is completed,the application of standardization management is performed,and the application objectives of standardization management are proposed.The standardized management of shipbuilding inspection operation can promote the improvement of inspection operation efficiency,perfect the shipbuilding Quality Control(QC)process,and achieve the purpose of effective management of all links of shipbuilding quality inspection,continuous improvement of product quality,and continuous improvement of enterprise quality competitiveness.
