摘 要:巨型钢桁架结构具有大跨度、造型多变、新颖等特点,但其构造种类众多,且施工过程及工艺均较为复杂,对施工过程中的监测结果与设计的最终模拟数据进行比较多存在较大差异,从而在施工过程中易存在一定的安全隐患,如发生事故,将造成巨大且恶劣的社会影响。通过对一在建巨型钢桁架结构建筑整个卸载过程的实时监测,采用自动化传感测试信号采集分析与控制系统,在重要的结构部位安装传感器可对其在施工过程中出现超规范的变形、应变、加速度等进行跟踪监测,及时发现安全薄弱点,对保障结构安全、施工的顺利完成具有重要意义;采集的数值也可用于对设计的校核,为后续设计提供支撑,为新的方法施工提供参考;同时验证现有MIDAS/Gen分析软件建立结构的计算模型与实际的吻合度,为软件升级提供帮助。The giant steel truss structure has the characteristics of large span,changeable shape and novelty,but its structure is numerous,and the construction process and process are more complex,and there are many differences between the monitoring results in the construction process and the final simulation data of the design,so that there are certain safety hazards in the construction process,such as accidents,which will cause huge and bad social impact.Through the real-time monitoring of the entire unloading process of a giant steel truss structure building under construction,the automatic sensor test signal acquisition analysis and control system are adopted,and the sensors installed in important structural parts can track and monitor the deformation,strain,acceleration,etc.that occur beyond the specification during the construction process,and timely discover the safety weaknesses,which is of great significance to ensure the safety of the structure and the smooth completion of the construction;the collected values can also be used to check the design,provide support for subsequent design,and provide reference for new method construction;at the same time,the calculation model of the existing MIDAS/Gen analysis software to establish the structure is verified to be consistent with the actual situation,which provides assistance for software upgrade.
