摘 要:作为建筑工程中应用最广泛的建筑材料和结构形式,钢筋混凝土结构在国内外的存量越来越大。随着城市化进程的推进,混凝土结构的耐久性问题也随之出现并日益突出。作为保障结构可靠性不可缺乏的一个因素,欧洲、美国和我国先后对混凝土材料的结构耐久性进行不断研究并将相关成果应用于实践当中,制定了相应的耐久性技术规范或评定标准。论文以某工业建筑的耐久性年限评估为例,比较了我国与美国、欧洲现行相关耐久性技术规范的异同及各自技术特点,并给出了在实际工程耐久性鉴定与剩余使用寿命评估中的一些建议。As the most widely used building material and structural form in construction engineering,the stock of reinforced concrete structures is increasing both domestically and internationally.With the advancement of urbanization,the durability of concrete structures has also emerged and become increasingly prominent.As an indispensable factor in ensuring structural reliability,Europe,the United States,and China have continuously studied the durability of concrete materials and structures and applied relevant results to practice,formulating durability technical codes or evaluation standards.In this paper,we take the appraisal of durability of an industrial building as an example to compare the similarities and differences,as well as their respective technical characteristics between the standard of China,Europe and America.Finally,some suggestions are given in the durability appraisal and service life assessment.
