地下车库顶板后浇带工具式封闭装置技术研究

摘　　要：民用建筑地下车库顶板后浇带留设时间较长,在后浇带放置期间,为防止垃圾污染并隔断雨水,应采取措施临时封闭,同时为小型运输工具设置物流通道。论文针对传统后浇带封闭方法存在的不足,研发采用一种工具式封闭装置,兼具后浇带密封及通行双重功能,替代现有技术中挡墙覆模封闭、预制盖板封闭等落后工艺,克解后浇带钢筋污染锈蚀、雨水浸泡地下室等安全、质量隐患,封闭装置拆除后无建筑垃圾残留,基层经简单处理后即可做防水,简化工序,实现降本增效、节能环保,保证主体结构及地下防水工程质量。The post-cast strip on the roof of the underground garage of civil buildings has been left for a long time.During the placement of the post-cast strip,measures should be taken to temporarily close it and provide logistics channels for small transportation vehicles in order to prevent garbage pollution and isolate rainwater.Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional sealing methods for post-cast strips,this article develops and adopts a tool type sealing device that combines the dual functions of sealing and passing the post-cast strips,replacing outdated technologies such as retaining wall cover mold sealing and prefabricated cover plate sealing in the existing technology,to eliminate safety and quality hazards such as corrosion of the post-cast strip reinforcement and rainwater immersion in the basement.After the sealing device is removed,there is no residual construction waste,and the base layer can be made waterproof after simple treatment,Simplify the process,achieve cost reduction,efficiency increase,energy conservation and environmental protection,and ensure the quality of the main structure and underground waterproofing works.
