摘　　要：论文基于复杂网络分析方法,对建筑施工企业保函应用中的问题进行深入研究。首先概述建筑市场中企业面临的风险管理挑战中保函的重要性,其次分析了保函应用过程中存在的问题以及电子保函的优势与挑战。通过建立全面数据基础,利用复杂网络分析法对保函应用的总体指标、核心指标及其群组性和启发式问题进行分析,提出优化保函办理流程、强化风险管理体系、创新担保模式、提高电子保函市场认可度、建立应急预案和提高数字化管理水平等建议,旨在帮助建筑施工企业提升风险防控能力和市场竞争力,推动建筑行业高质量发展。Based on the method of complex network analysis,this paper makes an in-depth study on the application of the letter of guarantee in construction enterprises.Firstly,this paper summarizes the risk management challenges faced by enterprises in the construction market.Then,it analyzes the problems existing in the application process of the letter of guarantee,and probes into the advantages and challenges of the electronic letter of guarantee.By establishing a comprehensive data foundation,and the overall index,core index,group and heuristic problems of the application of letter of guarantee are analyzed in detail by using complex network analysis.And puts forward suggestions such as optimizing the handling process of letter of guarantee,strengthening the risk and digital management system,innovating the guarantee mode,improving the market recognition of electronic letter of guarantee and establishing emergency plans,aiming to help construction enterprises improve their risk prevention and control ability and market competitiveness,and push for high-quality development of the construction industry.
