摘  要:为提高山区输电线路输电塔的装配化程度,同时为了灌注桩-锚杆复合基础在山区输电线路的广泛应用,提出了一种输电塔装配式钢桁架支座,并对其可行性进行了试验研究。首先对2种输电塔塔型分别设计并加工了相应的装配式钢桁架支座,接着进行了各设计荷载工况下的静力试验,最后对得到的位移、应变数据进行了相应分析。试验结果表明:装配式钢桁架支座的位移、应变结果随荷载的增加呈线性增长趋势,支座在设计荷载下处于弹性阶段,未出现局部屈服;支座顶板的竖向相对位移、水平相对位移较小,满足设计的刚度要求;主材、斜材的轴向应力以及主材关键位置等效应力相较钢材的强度有较大的安全余量,满足设计的强度要求。In order to improve the assembly degree of transmission tower and promote the wide application of bored pile-anchor composite foundation in mountainous transmission line,an assembled steel truss pedestal for transmission tower was proposed and experimental study was carried out to verify its feasibility.Firstly,the assembled steel truss pedestals for two types of transmission tower were designed and manufactured respectively.Then,static tests were conducted under each design load condition.Finally,the obtained displacement and strain data were analyzed.The test results showed that the displacement and strain results of the assembled stel truss pedestal increased linearly with the increase of load,the pedestal was in the elastic stage under the design load,and no local buckling occured.The vertical and horizontal relative displacement of the pedestal top plate were small,which meet the design requirement of stiffness.Compared with the design strength of the steel,the axial stress of the main material and the diagonal material and the equivalent stress of key position of the main material had a large safety margin,which meet the design requirements of strength.
