摘 要:针对江西某石英岩矿Al_(2)O_(3)和Fe_(2)O_(3)含量高的特点,通过工艺矿物学研究,采用破碎—磨矿—分级—磁选—浮选—酸洗等工艺进行选矿提纯试验研究,使SiO_(2)94.54%、Al_(2)O_(3)2.42%、Fe_(2)O_(3)0.76%的石英岩原矿,成为SiO_(2)含量99.36%,Al_(2)O_(3)和Fe_(2)O_(3)含量分别为0.062%和0.008%的石英精矿,产率达到73.34%,回收率为77.16%,可满足工业优等品要求,具有良好的应用前景。Taking into account the high Al_(2)O_(3) and Fe_(2)O_(3) content of a quartzite deposit in Jiangxi Province,this study conducted mineral processing experiments to purify the raw material using a crushing-grinding-classification-magnetic separation-flotation-acid washing process.The SiO_(2) content of the original quartzite ore was 94.54%,while the Al_(2)O_(3) and Fe_(2)O_(3) contents were 2.42% and 0.76%,respectively.The study resulted in a quartz concentrate with a SiO_(2) content of 99.36%,Al_(2)O_(3) and Fe_(2)O_(3) contents of 0.062% and 0.008%,respectively,with a recovery rate of 77.16% and a yield of 73.34%.The results meet the requirements for industrial grade products and have good application prospects.
