国有经济与民营经济共生发展的竞合效应研究

摘　　要：竞争与合作是社会主义市场经济的重要特征,国有经济与民营经济共生发展在社会主义市场经济中存在竞合效应。本文基于2012~2021年按行业划分的国有控股工业企业和私营工业企业面板数据,运用固定效应模型和GMM模型分析国有经济与民营经济共生发展的竞合效应。研究发现:(1)国有经济与民营经济共生发展存在相互正向的竞争效应,国有经济发展对民营经济发展的正向竞争效应程度整体上大于民营经济发展对国有经济发展的正向竞争效应程度;(2)国有经济与民营经济共生发展的相互正向竞争效应没有因行业主导经济类型、重工业与轻工业、制造业与非制造业的不同而发生变化;(3)国有经济与民营经济共生发展通过市场规模效应、技术溢出效应和产业结构优化效应实现相互正向竞争。本文从竞合效应角度补充国有经济与民营经济共生发展的机理。Competition and cooperation are an important feature of the socialist market economy.The symbiotic development of state-owned economy and private economy has the competition and cooperation effect in the socialist market economy.Based on the panel data of state-owned holding industrial enterprises and private industrial enterprises by industry from 2012 to 2021,this paper uses fixed-effect model and GMM model to analyze the competition and cooperation effect of the symbiotic development of state-owned economy and private economy.The results show that:(1)There is the mutual positive competitive effect between state-owned economy and private economy.The positive competitive effect of the development of state-owned economy on the development of private economy is greater than the positive competitive effect of the development of private economy on the development of state-owned economy.(2)The mutual positive competitive effect of the symbiotic development of state-owned economy and private economy does not change due to the difference of industry dominant economic type,heavy industry and light industry,manufacturing and non-manufacturing industry.(3)The symbiotic development of state-owned economy and private economy realizes the mutual positive competition through market scale effect,technology spillover effect and industrial structure optimization effect.This paper supplements the mechanism of symbiotic development of state-owned economy and private economy from the perspective of competition and cooperation effect.
