摘 要:采用微波辐射加热引发合成聚丙烯酸钠/桑黄菌段复合高吸水树脂(PISSR)。采用单因素试验研究变量配比方案,优化制备工艺,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱、热重分析仪、扫描电子显微镜及能谱对材料进行表征。结果表明,在桑黄菌段、引发剂、交联剂用量分别为丙烯酸的20%、0.60%、0.15%,丙烯酸中和度为85%、微波功率为500 W时,PISSR吸液倍率最大,在蒸馏水中为652.6 g/g,0.9%NaCl溶液中为61.1 g/g;离子类型和电解质浓度是影响PISSR吸液性能的重要因素;PISSR表面粗糙多孔,富含Na、K、Ca元素,同时具有良好的保水性能以及再溶胀性能。A type of polyacrylic acid sodium/Phellinus igniarius section composite superabsorbent resin(PISSR)was syn-thesized through microwave irradiation.A single-factor experiment was conducted to investigate the variable ratio scheme and optimize the preparation processes.The as-synthesized materials were characterized by FTIR,TGA,SEM,and EDS.The results indicated that the neutralization degree of acrylic acid reached 85%when the dosage of Phellinus igniarius,initiator,and crosslinking agent was 20%,0.60%,and 0.15%of acrylic acid,respectively.PISSR presented the highest liquid absorption rates of 652.6 g/g in distilled water and 61.1 g/g in 0.9%NaCl solution at a microwave power of 500 W.Ion type and electrolyte concentration are two important factors affecting the liquid ab-sorption performance of PISSR.The surface of PISSR is rough,porous,and rich in Na,K and Ca elements,indicating good water retention and re-swelling performance.
