摘 要:基于有限元数值模拟软件建立丁腈橡胶-Q235碳素结构钢复合阻尼材料几何模型,利用Mooney-Rivlin本构模型进行中低阶模态分析,分析非完全嵌入(有相对滑移)和完全嵌入(无相对滑移)下不同厚度橡胶层的固有频率和形变状态。结果表明:橡胶层在完全嵌入状态下的固有频率较非完全嵌入状态下增大;非完全嵌入状态下橡胶层的模态振型以弯曲为主,完全嵌入状态下的模态振型以径向偏移和倾斜为主;复合阻尼材料的橡胶层低阶模态响应下的形变量随着橡胶层厚度的增大而减小。The geometric model of nitrile rubber-Q235 carbon structural steel composite damping material was established based on finite element numerical simulation software,and the Mooney-Rivlin constitutive model was used for mid and low order modal analysis.The natural frequencies and deformation states of rubber layers with different thicknesses were analyzed under incomplete embedding(with relative slip)and complete embedding(without relative slip).The results showed that the natural frequency of the rubber layer increased in the fully embedded state compared to the incompletely embedded state.The modal vibration mode of the rubber layer in the incompletely embedded state was mainly bending,while the modal vibration mode in the fully embedded state was mainly radial displacement and inclination.The deformation of the rubber layer under low order modal response of composite damping material decreased with the increase of rubber layer thickness.
