摘 要:研究硫化体系对汽车冷却液胶管材料性能的影响。结果表明:过氧化物硫化体系胶料与硫黄硫化体系胶料相比表现出更低的拉断伸长率,但耐老化性能优异,压缩永久变形极低;硫黄硫化体系中的硫黄是导致冷却液电导率提高的主要原因,其余组分对电导率无明显影响;综合来看,采用过氧化物硫化体系有助于得到耐老化性能优异、压缩永久变形低、对冷却液电导率影响小的高性能汽车冷却液胶管材料。The effect of the curing system on the properties of automobile coolant hose compounds was studied.The results showed that compared with the sulfur vulcanized compound,the peroxide vulcanized compound had lower elongation at break,but had excellent aging resistance and very low compression permanent deformation.Elemental sulfur in sulfur curing system was the main reason for the increase of the conductivity of the coolant,and the other components had no obvious effect on the conductivity.In summary,the peroxide curing system was helpful to obtain high performance automobile coolant hose compounds with aging resistance,low compression permanent deformation and low coolant conductivity.
