摘  要:研究6种低玻璃化转变温度(T_(g))溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)在轿车轮胎胎面胶中的应用性能。结果表明:相较于高T_(g)SSBR胶料,低T_(g)SSBR胶料具有优良的耐磨性能以及平衡、优异的滚动阻力性能;乙烯基含量为13%、苯乙烯含量为17%、T_(g)为-68.6℃、双末端改性的SSBR综合性能最优,胶料的加工性能和物理性能均符合要求,并具有较低的滚动阻力和较高的耐磨性能,适用于低T_(g)轿车轮胎胎面胶配方。The application of six grades of low glass transition temperature(T_(g))solution polymerized styrene butadiene rubber(SSBR)in the tread compound of passenger car tires was studied.The results showed that compared with high T_(g) SSBR,low T_(g) SSBR had excellent wear resistance,balanced and excellent rolling resistance performance.The SSBR with a vinyl content of 13%,styrene content of 17%,and T_(g) of-68.6℃had the best comprehensive performance,and its processing and physical properties met the requirements.It also offers low rolling resistance and high wear resistance,making it suitable for low T_(g) passenger car tire tread compound formulations.
