摘 要:针对10R22.5规格的高海拔地区中长途客车用轮胎,分析提高其行驶里程的方法。结果表明:使用加宽的U形胎圈钢丝包布,并在钢丝包布外侧增加1层纤维包布加强层,同时使用复合胎圈填充胶、增大花纹深度、采用高耐磨胎面胶配方,轮胎的强度性能、耐久性能和耐磨性能均超过设计目标,实际路试中轮胎的行驶里程显著提高。For 10R22.5 tires for medium and long distance buses in high altitude areas,the methods to improve their driving distances were analyzed.The results showed that by using widened U-shaped bead wire wrap and adding a fiber wrap reinforcement layer on the outside of the wire wrap,as well as using composite bead filler,increasing the pattern depth,and adopting a high wear resistant tread compound formula,the strength,durability and wear resistance of tire all exceeded the design goals,and the driving distance was significantly improved in actual road tests.
