摘 要:对某进口品牌的低滚动阻力315/70R22.5全钢载重子午线轮胎的胎面胶配方进行组分剖析和还原。结果表明:该轮胎胎面胶配方的橡胶体系采用天然橡胶(NR)和乳聚丁苯橡胶(ESBR)并用(并用比为70/30),补强体系以白炭黑(45份)为主,结合少量炭黑(5份)。由此推断,以NR、ESBR和白炭黑为主要原材料,在湿法混炼加工条件下辅以适当的配合体系,可以获得性能优异的低滚动阻力胎面胶,从而使轮胎具有较低的滚动阻力。The composition of the tread compound formula for a low rolling resistance 315/70R22.5 all-steel truck and bus radial tire was analyzed and reverse restored.The results showed that,the tread compound formula of the tire adopted a rubber system consisting of a combination of natural rubber(NR)and emulsion styrene butadiene rubber(ESBR)(with a blending ratio of 70/30),and the reinforcement system was mainly composed of silica(45 phr),combined with a small amount of carbon black(5 phr).It could be inferred that using NR,ESBR,and silica as the main raw materials,supplemented by appropriate blending systems under wet mixing processing conditions,could obtain a high-performance compound with low rolling resistance tread,thereby enabling tires to have low rolling resistance.
