摘  要:研究硫化胶耐磨性能的影响因素。结果表明:随着老化时间的延长,硫化胶的DIN磨耗量增大,耐磨性能降低;高温下硫化胶的DIN磨耗量大于在常温下的磨耗量;随着磨耗里程的增加,硫化胶的阿克隆磨耗量呈增大趋势;阿克隆试验机的磨耗角度对低炭黑用量胶料的磨耗量影响较大,磨耗角度越大,硫化胶的阿克隆磨耗量越大;湿磨条件下硫化胶的DIN磨耗量远小于干磨条件下的DIN磨耗量。The factors affecting the wear resistance of vulcanizates were studied.The results showed that,with the prolongation of aging time,the DIN abrasion loss of vulcanizates increased and the wear resistance decreased.The abrasion loss of vulcanizates at high temperatures was greater than that at low temperatures.With the increase of wear mileage,the Akron abrasion loss of vulcanizates showed an increasing trend.The wear angle of the Akron testing machine had a significant impact on the abrasion loss of vulcanizates with a low dosage of carbon black,the larger the wear angle was,the greater the abrasion loss was.The DIN abrasion loss under wet grinding conditions was much smaller than that under dry grinding conditions.
