摘 要:【目的】提高圆瓶贴标机的贴标质量和贴标效率,优化圆瓶贴标机的工作性能。【方法】首先对圆瓶贴标机的工作流程进行研究,分析剥标和贴标两个关键工作过程,并定义这两个工作过程中影响贴标机性能的相关参数;然后通过理论对这些参数进行分析,结合工作过程讨论参数取值,并对贴标过程进行试验验证。【结果】贴标角度、贴标距离、标签运动速度与圆瓶圆周线速度之差对贴标效果有较大影响;当贴标角度小于30°,贴标距离小于40 mm,标签运动速度与圆瓶圆周线速度之比小于1.4时,标签平均褶皱数较少,贴标效果良好。【结论】本研究结果为圆瓶贴标机性能的优化提供了基础理论分析,为高性能圆瓶贴标机的研发提供了理论依据。[Objective]Efforts are made to improve the labeling quality and efficiency of the circular bottle labeling machine,and optimize its working performance.[Method]First,studies were carried out on the workflow of the circular bottle labeling machine,analyzing the two key working processes of peeling and labeling,and defining the relevant parameters that affect its performance in these two working processes;then,these parameters were analyzed through theory,discussing parameter values based on the working processes,and experimentally verifying the labeling process.[Result]The results show that the labeling angle,the labeling distance,and the speed difference between the label movement speed and the circumferential velocity of the bottle have a significant impact on the labeling effect;when the labeling angle is less than 30°,the labeling distance is less than 40 mm,and the ratio of the label movement speed to the circumferential velocity of the bottle is less than 1.4,the average number of folds on the label is less,and the labeling effect is desirable.[Conclusion]The research results provide a fundamental theoretical analysis for optimizing the performance of circular bottle labeling machine,and provide a certain theoretical basis for the development of high-performance circular bottle labeling machine.
