软弱夹层加固结构面抗剪强度试验及模型研究

摘  要:【目的】研究充填度对软弱夹层加固结构面剪切特性的影响。【方法】首先选取巴顿(Barton)典型形貌曲线(粗糙度系数为5);然后采用3D雕刻技术制作多组不同充填度(0.00、0.25、0.50、0.75、1.00)条件下的软弱夹层加固结构面试样;最后开展结构面剪切特性试验,并建立软弱夹层加固结构面抗剪强度模型。【结果】不同充填度条件下的软弱夹层加固结构面剪切应力与剪切位移曲线间存在明显的峰值抗剪强度,且随充填度的增加呈先增大后减小的规律;软弱夹层加固结构面剪胀程度随充填度的增大而变低;低充填度条件下软弱夹层加固结构面剪切破坏模式为加固体脱离和结构面起伏形貌啃断的耦合破坏,而高充填度条件下破坏模式主要为软弱夹层加固体自身剪断破坏;基于巴顿的节理粗糙系数节理壁面强度(joint roughness coefficient-joint wall compressive strength,JRC-JCS)模型,考虑软弱夹层加固体充填度和黏聚力对结构面抗剪强度的影响,建立软弱夹层加固结构面抗剪强度模型,经验证本模型与实测值吻合。【结论】本研究结果可为加强岩体边坡稳定性提供一定的参考。[Objective]It is imperative to probe into the influence of filling degree on the shear characteristics of rock reinforced joint with weak interlayer.[Method]First,the typical Barton morphology curve(with the joint roughness coefficient being 5)was selected;then,multiple sets of rock reinforced joint with weak interlayer samples with different conditions of filling degrees(000,0.25,0.50,0.75,1.00)were made by 3D engraving technology;finally,the shear characteristic test of rock joint was carried out,establishing the shear strength model of rock reinforced joint with weak interlayer.[Result]The results show that the shear stress and shear displacement curves of rock reinforced joint with weak interlayer under different conditions of filling degrees have obvious peak shear strength,and increase first and then decrease with the increase of filling degree;the degree of dilatancy of rock reinforced joint with weak interlayer decreases with the increase of the filling degree;the shear failure mode of rock reinforced joint with weak interlayer under low filling degree conditions is the coupling failure of the detachment of the weak interlayer reinforcement and the gnawing of the fluctuation morphology of rock joint,while the failure mode under high filling degree conditions is mainly the shear failure of the weak interlayer reinforcement;based on Barton\s joint roughness coefficient-joint wall compressive strength(JRC-JCS)model,considering the influence of filling degree and cohesion of the weak interlayer reinforcement on the shear strength of rock joint,a shear strength model of rock reinforced joint with weak interlayer is established,and it is verified that the model is in good agreement with the measured values.[Conclusion]The results of this study can provide some reference for strengthening the stability of rock mass slope.
