摘　　要：优化农村人力资本结构对有效实施乡村振兴战略具有深远的意义。文章基于2012—2023年中国30个省份的面板数据,运用固定效应模型、调节效应模型和门槛效应模型实证分析农村人力资本结构高级化对乡村振兴的影响。研究发现:农村人力资本结构高级化促进乡村振兴,但存在区域异质性;科技创新在农村人力资本结构高级化对乡村振兴的影响中所起的调节作用因经济社会发展水平不同而有差异;农村人力资本结构高级化对乡村振兴存在单一门槛效应,对外开放跨过门槛值9.386后,农村人力资本结构高级化对乡村振兴的促进作用减弱。由此得出分类施策促进农村人力资本结构高级化、营造创新环境、处理好农产品外贸出口与内销的关系等政策启示。Optimization of the rural human capital structure is of profound significance for the effective implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.The article uses panel data from 30 provinces in China from 2012 to 2023,and employs fixed effect models,moderating effect models,and threshold effect models to empirically analyze the impact of advanced rural human capital structure on rural revitalization.According to the research findings,the advanced rural human capital structure promotes rural revitalization,but there is regional heterogeneity.In the impact of the advanced rural human capital structure on rural revitalization,technological innovation has the moderating effect which varies with economic and social development.Additionally,the advanced rural human capital structure exhibits a single threshold effect on rural revitalization.After the threshold value of 9.386 is exceeded following the opening-up,the promoting effect of the advanced rural human capital structure on rural revitalization diminishes.From this,policy insights can be derived,such as adopting classified policies to promote the advanced rural human capital structure,foster an innovative environment,and effectively deal with the relationship between agricultural product export and domestic sales.
