公众环境关注度对生态全要素生产率的影响——以中国主要城市群为例

摘　　要：文章以2011—2022年中国三大城市群地级市面板数据为研究基础,利用空间杜宾模型分析公众环境关注度对地区生态全要素生产率的影响作用。研究发现:公众环境关注度对地区生态全要素生产率的提升有明显的空间溢出效应;公众环境关注度对生态全要素生产率的影响并非短期存在,而是具有长期效应的特征,并呈现边际递增趋势;在有为政府和有效市场的调节作用下,公众环境关注度能够更好地发挥对生态全要素生产率提升的促进作用,从而实现政府、企业与公众三方之间的有机结合。研究结论可为健全生态环境治理体系、提升城市群绿色发展水平提供有益参考。Based on panel data from prefecture-level cities of Chinas three major city clusters from 2011 to 2022,this article utilizes the Spatial Durbin Model to analyze the impact of public concern over environment on regional ecological total factor productivity.According to the research findings,public concern over environment presents a significant spatial spillover effect on the improvement of regional ecological total factor productivity.This impact of public concern over environment on the ecological total factor productivity is not just short-term but tends to produce a long-term effect with a marginally increasing trend.Under the regulatory functions of a proactive government and an efficient market,public concern over environment can more effectively enhance the ecological total factor productivity,thereby achieving an organic integration of the government,enterprises,and the public.The research conclusion can serve as a valuable reference for improving the ecological and environmental governance system and enhancing the green development level of city clusters.
