摘　　要：国家发改委提出《长江三角洲地区多层次轨道交通规划》,以上海为中心的长三角市域/城际铁路呈现出网络性、跨域性、四网融合、公交化、多投资、建设、运营主体等特性。从东京都市圈轨道交通线网规划、跨域直通运营、清分清算等方面研究分析,给长三角城际/市域铁路互联互通提供一种有效思路和启示。The National Development and Reform Commission put forward the“Multi-level Rail Transit Planning in the Yangtze River Delta Region”.It shows that the characteristics of network,cross-region,four-network integration,public transportation,multi-investment,construction and operation,etc on the suburban/intercity railway in the Yangtze River Delta with Shanghai as the center.This paper provides an effective idea and inspiration for the Yangtze River Delta suburban/intercity railway interconnection from the aspects on rail transit network planning,cross-region direct operation,and liquidation in the Tokyo metropolitan area.
