摘 要:杭州湾北岸战略协同区是上海和近沪地区四大重点战略协同区之一,构建跨行政区的一体化轨道交通网络,对于加强区域经济交流和人员往来具有重要意义。首先对杭州湾北岸战略协同区空间结构以及产业发展等区域基本特征进行研究分析,再结合区域交通流量、既有轨道网络规划以及现状建设情况等区域的交通发展格局和问题,总结出区域呈现明显的轴带发展特征,并在上海及嘉兴2035总规和沿线相关规划基础上,提出了杭州湾北岸战略协同区轨道交通网络规划的基本原则,探讨了区域轨道交通网络方案和跨省市域铁路的网络化运营方案,以期为其他类似的跨行政区的政策区域轨道网络构建提供借鉴。The strategic cooperation regions in the north coast of Hangzhou Bay is one of the four major strategic collaborative regions in Shanghai and its surrounding regions.Developing an integrated rail transit network that spans administrative boundaries is crucial for enhancing regional economic interactions and facilitating personnel movement.First,an analytical study of the spatial structure and industrial development characteristics of the strategic cooperation regions in the north coast of Hangzhou Bay is conducted.Next,the transportation development patterns and challenges of the region are examined in conjunction with traffic volumes,existing rail network plans,and construction status,revealing a distinct axial development characteristic.Furthermore,based on the Shanghai and Jiaxing 2035 overall plans and relevant planning,fundamental principles for the rail transit network planning of the North Shore Strategic Collaborative Zone are proposed.The discussion extends to regional rail transit network solutions and interprovincial railway operational networking,aiming to provide valuable insights for the construction of policy-oriented rail networks in other similar inter-administrative zones.
