摘  要:《“十四五”现代物流发展规划》中强调提升产业链供应链韧性和安全水平。梳理了产业链供应链韧性和安全的知识体系,总结了双循环背景下提升产业链供应链韧性和安全水平的钢铁物流面临的问题,从企业、产业和宏观层面对钢铁物流实践进行了分析,据此对完善资源保障体系建设、聚焦科技创新、推进减污降碳、发挥标准引领作用这几个方面进行思考并提出了建议。The 14th Five-Year Plan for Modern Logistics Development emphasizes improving the resilience and safety level of industrial chain and supply chain.This paper reviews the knowledge system of industrial chain and supply chain resilience and safety,summarizes the problems faced by steel logistics to improve the resilience and safety level of industrial chain and supply chain under the background of double cycle,and analyzes the practice of steel logistics from the enterprise,industry and macro level.On the basis of this,suggestions are put forward for improving the construction of resource guarantee system,focusing on scientific and technological innovation,promoting pollution reduction and carbon reduction,and giving play to the leading role of standards.
