摘 要:为提高动力电池在大功率直流充电状况下的充电效率,提出一种基于充电桩热泵系统的电池热管理系统。以某款电动汽车的动力电池为例,研究该热管理系统在-20,-10,0,20和40℃工况下大功率直流充电的温度特性和充电时长问题。使用数值仿真软件对系统进行建模并分析,结果表明,电桩式电池热管理系统响应快、效率高,且最高温度可控制在50℃以下。在低温0,-10和-20℃工况下,相较于原车载式电池热管理系统,可分别为动力电池节约10.6%,17.9%和24.6%的充电时间;在20和40℃工况下可节省1.4%和6.0%的充电时间;对比动力电池各阶段所用的充电时间,所提出的系统主要比原系统减少了电量0~20%范围内的充电时间。In order to improve the charging efficiency of power battery under the condition of high-power DC charging,a battery thermal management system based on heat pump for charging stations was proposed.Taking the power battery of an electric vehicle as an example,the temperature characteristics and charging time of the thermal management system under the condition of high-power DC charging at five different conditions of-20,-10,0,20 and 40℃ were analyzed.The two system models were modeled using numerical simulation software for analysis,and the results show that the proposed system has fast response,high efficiency,and can maintain the maximum temperature below 50℃.Compared with the original system,the proposed system reduces the charging time of the power battery by 10.6%,17.9%,and 24.6%at 0,-10 and-20℃ operating conditions,respectively.It also saves 1.4%and 6.0%of the charging time at 20 and 40℃ operating conditions,respectively.Comparing the charging time for the power battery at each stage,the proposed system mainly reduces the charging time in the range of 0~20%of the battery state of charge compared to the original system.
