中国式高等教育现代化的逻辑演进与行动路径

摘　　要：中国式高等教育现代化是中国式现代化的重要支撑。纵观我国高等教育的现代化发展历程,大致经历了初步探索、修正开放、多元扩展、自信创新四个阶段。梳理与回顾中国式高等教育现代化的发展,归纳其存在着以下逻辑:发展理念从“外延式”到“高质量”,发展主体从“一元”到“多元”,发展策略从“分层”到“分类”,发展模式从“沿袭”到“创新”。展望未来,要更好促进我国高等教育现代化,必须坚持党的领导,把牢高等教育发展的政治方向;强化顶层设计,构建完备的拔尖创新人才培养机制;优化结构体系,促进高质量高等教育体系建设;深化教育改革,提升高等教育治理现代化水平,使高等教育现代化建设成为服务支撑国家现代化建设的重要基石。The modernization of Chinese higher education provides crucial support for Chinese modernization.An overview of its course reveals that the modernization of higher education in China has broadly experienced the following four stages:preliminary exploration,revision and opening up,diversified extension,confident innovation.Its evolution embodies a logical progression,characterized by transitions from"extensive"to"high-quality"in development philosophy,from"unitary"to"pluralistic"in development subject,from""stratified"to"classified"in development strategy,and from"imitation"to"innovation"in development model.Looking ahead,to further promote the modernization of higher education in China,we must uphold the leadership of the CPC,ensuring a steadfast political direction for the development of higher education;strengthen top-level design,building a complete training mechanism for top-notch innovative talents;optimize the structural system,fostering a high-quality higher education system;deepen educational reform and elevate the modernization of educational governance,positioning modernization of higher education as an important cornerstone for serving and supporting the country's modernization.
