新型城镇化视角下河南省空间关联网络及其障碍度分析

摘　　要：基于新型城镇化的发展视角,测算2011-2021年河南省各市新型城镇化综合发展水平和各指标发展水平,分别运用CRITIC-TOPSIS和社会网络分析法实证分析存在的时空演变特征和空间关联形态特征,采用障碍度分析模型分析阻碍河南省新型城镇化发展水平提升的障碍因子.结果表明:河南省各市新型城镇化水平发展比较平稳,新型城镇化网络结构明显,各单元间的影响关系不局限于其邻近单元产生的溢出效应,同时缺乏在新型城镇化空间关联网络中发挥媒介作用的城市;通过障碍度分析发现城镇化率是主要障碍因子,城乡居民人均可支配收入次之.围绕转变发展方式、提高区域发展效率、优化要素配置等提出发展对策建议,以期实现河南省各市新型城镇化可持续发展.The improvement of new urbanization can help build a new development pattern,promote economic transformation and upgrading,promote coordinated regional development,and promote the comprehensive construction of socialist modernization.Based on the development perspective of new urbanization,this paper estimated the comprehensive development level and the development level of each index of new urbanization in each city of Henan Province from 2011 to 2021,and empirically analyzed the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics and spatial correlation morphological characteristics by using CRITIC-TOPSIS and social network analysis methods,respectively.The results show that the development of the new urbanization level in Henan Province is relatively stable,the new urbanization network structure is obvious,the influence relationship between each unit is not limited to the spillover effect generated by its neighboring units,and there is a lack of cities that play an intermediary role in the spatial correlation network of new urbanization.Focusing on the transformation of development mode,improving the efficiency of regional development,and optimizing the allocation of factors,this paper puts forward development countermeasures and suggestions,in order to realize the sustainable development of new urbanization in cities in Henan Province.
