爱国情感强化对大学生心理弹性的促进作用:一项随机对照实验研究

摘　　要：为了探讨爱国情感增强对大学生心理弹性的促进作用,采用随机对照实验设计,将158名大学生随机分配到强化组和控制组,并测量了两组被试在强化前后爱国情感与心理弹性的变化.结果发现:1)无论在强化前后,更高的爱国情感都显著预测了大学生更高的心理弹性水平;2)爱国情感强化结束后,强化组的爱国情感得分和心理弹性得分都显著高于控制组.这些发现表明爱国情感的增强有助于提高大学生的心理弹性水平.In order to explore the promoting effect of patriotic feelings enhancement on the psychological resilience of Chinese college students,this study employed a randomized controlled experiment design.A total of 158 college students were randomly assigned to the enhancement group and the control group,and the changes in patriotic feelings and psychological resilience were measured before and after the enhancement for both groups.Results showed that:1)Higher levels of patriotic feelings were significantly correlated to higher levels of psychological resilience among college students,regardless of pre-or post-enhancement;2)After the enhancement,both the scores of patriotic feelings and psychological resilience in the enhancement group were significantly higher than those in the control group.These findings suggest that enhancing patriotic feelings contributes to improving the psychological resilience of college students.
