醋酸泼尼松片联合补阳还五汤治疗特发性肺纤维化的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:通过观察醋酸泼尼松片联合补阳还五汤治疗特发性肺纤维化的临床疗效,为治疗特发性肺纤维化提供一种新选择。方法:选取2020—2022年间荆门市人民医院(荆楚理工学院附属中心医院)感染科门诊收治的特发性肺纤维化患者98例,将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各49例,对照组给予醋酸泼尼松片口服,观察组给予醋酸泼尼松片和补阳还五汤口服,治疗周期均为6个疗程。结果:治疗后观察组血清细胞因子IL-6、TNF-α以及临床症候评分均低于对照组;观察组的肺功能指标、临床疗效均高于对照组。结论:醋酸泼尼松片联合补阳还五汤治疗IPF的临床疗效显著,可以降低细胞因子水平,改善临床症状积分及肺功能,同时具有副作用少,疗程短特点,值得临床推广应用。Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of prednisone acetate tablets combined with Bu Yang Huan Wu Decoction in the treatment of Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,a new choice is provided for the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.Methods:A total of 98 Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis patients admitted to the Department of infection of Affiliated Hospital to Jing chu Institute of Technology from 2020 to 2022 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with prednisone acetate tablets,while the observation group was treated with prednisone acetate tablets and Bu Yang Huan Wu Decoction,and the treatment cycle was 6 courses.Results:After the course of treatment,the serum levels of IL-6,TNF-αand clinical symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the indexes of pulmonary function and clinical effect of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.Conclusion:Prednisone acetate tablets combined with Bu Yang Huan Wu Decoction is effective in the treatment of IPF,which can decrease the level of cytokines,improve the clinical symptom score and pulmonary function,and has the characteristics of less side effects and short course of treatment.It is worthy to the clinical application.
