摘  要:基于钟表行业发展前景,结合传统沙漏功能特点利用电子元件以Arduino为主控单元进行电子沙漏设计。利用加速度传感器实现沙漏装置重力感知,根据沙漏转动情况控制LED点阵格点的连续亮、灭,自主设计二条件沙粒掉落算法,有效保障沙粒流动的流畅度以实现电子沙漏的基本功能,附加设计档位调节单元以实现沙漏多重定时功能选择,强调美学设计意识,利用机械设计技术自主设计装置外观结构,形成了可靠、便捷、美观的电子沙漏装置,为智能生活装置设计提供了新思路。Based on the development prospects of the clock industry,combined with the characteristics of traditional hourglass functions,electronic components are used with Arduino as the main control unit for electronic hourglass design.Utilize acceleration sensors to achieve gravity sensing of hourglass devices,and continuously control the brightness and extinguishing of LED lattice points based on the rotation angle of the hourglass.Independently design two conditions sand particle falling algorithm to effectively ensure the smoothness of sand particle flow and achieve the basic function of electronic hourglass.Additional design knob adjustment unit to achieve multiple timing function selection for the hourglass.Emphasizing aesthetic design awareness and utilizing mechanical design technology to independently design the appearance and structure of devices,a reliable,convenient,and aesthetically pleasing electronic hourglass device could be formed,providing new ideas for the design of intelligent living devices.
