摘 要:干式磁选机广泛应用于选矿行业,但传统干式磁选机的控制仍需要大量人工干预。该文首先介绍干式磁选机的结构与磁选原理;其次,进行了基于S7-1500 PLC的干式磁选机控制系统的硬件与软件设计,其中包括PLC控制系统的总体结构设计、硬件组态等;最后,该文进行了智能干式磁选机与普通干式磁选机的对比实验。结果表明,智能干式磁选机的处理量能达180 t/h、全铁品位为50%~65%,相较于普通磁选机的处理量和TFe(%)提高了20%。因此,干式磁选机的综合性能和企业的经济效益得到了有效提升。Dry magnetic separator is widely used in mineral processing industry,but the control of traditional dry magnetic separator still needs a lot of manual intervention.The paper firstly introduces the structure of dry magnetic separator and the principle of magnetic separation.Secondly,it carries out the hardware and software design of the control system of dry magnetic separator based on S7-1500 PLC,which includes the overall structure design of PLC control system,hardware configuration and so on.Finally,the paper carried out a comparison experiment between intelligent dry magnetic separator and ordinary dry magnetic separator.The results show that the processing capacity of the intelligent dry magnetic separator can reach 180 t/h,and the whole iron grade is 50%~65%,which is 20%higher than the processing capacity and TFe(%)of the ordinary magnetic separator.Therefore,the comprehensive performance of the dry magnetic separator and the economic benefits of the enterprise have been effectively improved.
