摘  要:2024年7月中旬,汉江发生2024年第1号洪水,长江水利委员会精准预报、科学调度,有力保障了流域防洪安全。通过分析洪水的发展过程、洪水预报与水库调度等,解析了汉江此次编号洪水的洪水特点、水文预报精度及水库调度效益。结果表明:1号洪水期间,汉江流域发生约5 a一遇洪水,其中丹皇区间发生了超20 a一遇大洪水,丹江口等水库适时拦洪错峰,发挥了巨大的防洪作用,显著减轻了汉江中下游的防洪压力。经水库群拦蓄后,降低汉江中下游皇庄、仙桃、汉川等站最高水位2.0~2.5 m,避免了皇庄河段超警戒水位、仙桃以下河段超保证水位。研究成果可为流域洪水精细化预报和水工程科学调度提供参考。In mid-July,the No.1 flood in 2024 occurred in the Hanjiang River,and the relative department made accurate forecasts and scientific operations,effectively ensuring the safety of flood control in the basin.Through the analysis of the flood development process,flood forecasting,and reservoir operation,we summarized the flood characteristics,hydrological forecasting accuracy,and the achievements of reservoir operation.The results showed that during the No.1 flood,Hanjiang River Basin experienced a flood that was close to 5-year frequency,with the flood of the Danjiangkou-Huangzhuang interval area over 20-year frequency.The reservoir implemented an operation way of flood detention and peak reduction,playing a huge flood control role and significantly reducing the flood control pressure in the middle and lower reaches.Through the operation,the peak water level was lowered by about 2.0~2.5 m at the stations in the middle and lower reaches,avoiding exceeding the warning level in the Huangzhuang section and exceeding the guarantee level in the section below Xiantao Station.The research results can provide a reference for the refined flood forecasting and scientific scheduling of reservoirs in the basin.
