摘 要:东莞市某污水处理厂现状一期、二期总规模为15万m^(3)/d。因片区污水处理需求逐步增长,污水厂面临高负荷运行及雨季超负荷运行问题。为缓解该厂日益紧迫的污水处理压力,需进行三期扩建工程,其扩建规模为土建10万m^(3)/d,近期设备安装为5万m^(3)/d。三期工程采用一种新型快速生化污水处理技术-反应沉淀一体式环流生物反应器(RPIR),以该技术组合成“厌氧-缺氧-RPIR(AA-RPIR)”核心污水处理工艺。文章主要介绍该工程的设计特点及实际运行效果。该工艺AARPIR生化池部分的用地指标为0.110 m^(2)/(m^(3)·d^(-1)),相比传统“AAO+二沉池”工艺节约用地约0.019 m^(2)/(m^(3)·d^(-1)),后段深度处理采用“高效沉淀池+精密滤池”工艺,整个工艺对污染物去除效果较佳,其对COD_(Cr)、TN、TP、SS及氨氮的最大去除率分别为95.5%、72.8%、96.9%、97.9%及98.2%。此工程为RPIR工艺在市政污水处理厂的应用提供了设计案例,实际运行效果可为其他类似污水厂提标或扩建设计提供参考。The total scale of a wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)in Dongguan is 150000 m^(3)/d in Phase I and PhaseⅡstages.Due to the rapid growth of regional wastewater treatment demand,it faces with the problem of high-load operation and even overload operation during the rainy season.To alleviate the increasingly urgent pressure on the wastewater treatment,phaseⅢextension project is required,which of the civil engineering scale is 100000 m^(3)/d and the recent equipment installation is 50000 m^(3)/d.A rapid purification of wastewater using reaction precipitation integrated rectangular airlift loop reactor(RPIR)is adopted in phaseⅢphase extension project which is combined to form the core wastewater treatment process of“anaerobic-anoxic RPIR(AA-RPIR)”.This paper mainly focuses on the design features and actual operating results of the process.The land use index in the biochemical tank of this AA-RPIR process is 0.110 m^(2)/(m^(3)·d^(-1)).Compared with the traditional"AAO+secondary sedimentation tank",the land is saved by about 0.019 m^(2)/(m^(3)·d^(-1)).The"high-efficiency sedimentation tank+precision filter"process is used for the post-stage advanced treatment.The entire process has a better effect on pollutants removal,which of the maximurn removal rates of COD_(Cr),TN,TP,SS and ammonia nitrogen are 95.9%,72.8%,96.9%,97.9%and 98.2%,respectively.A design case for the application of RPIR process in municipal WWTP is provided by this engineering,whose actual operating results can provide references for the upgrading or extension design of the other similar WWTP.
