摘  要:目的:建立一种快速、灵敏、高选择性的差分拉曼光谱法检测25种芬太尼及其2种前体物质的差分拉曼光谱法。首先,制备并表征了银溶胶表面增强拉曼散射(surface-enhanced Raman scatting,SERS)基底。SERS基底表面电磁场吸附粗糙金属表面上的分子可增强拉曼信号。随后,通过理论计算和实验比较,确定了芬太尼的拉曼特征峰。为了探索最佳实验条件,采用差分拉曼光谱法检测液体和固体药物中27种芬太尼类物质,并对其稳定性进行测定。拉曼检测范围为100~3200cm^(-1),光谱分辨率优于6cm^(-1),27种芬太尼类物质的检出限为0.1~25μg·kg^(-1),芬太尼的特征峰为1002cm^(-1)。结论该方法快速、准确、无损、操作简便,可快速且准确鉴别和定量芬太尼。Objective:In this study,we established a rapid,sensitive and highly selective method for the detection of 25 fentanyl and two precursor substances by differential Raman spectroscopy.First,surface-enhanced Raman scatting(SERS)substrate of silver sol was prepared and characterized.The SERS substrate surface electromagnetic field adsorbed molecules on therough metal surface to enhance the Raman signal.Subsequently,the Raman characteristic peaks of fentanyl were assigned through theoretical calculation and experimental comparison.To explore the optimal experimental conditions,27 kinds of fentanyl-related substances in liquid and solid drugs were detected by differential Raman spectroscopy,and their stability was determined.The Raman detection range was 100~3200cm^(-1),the spectral resolution better than 6 cm^(-1),and the detection limit of the 27 fentanyl substances 0.1~25μg·kg^(-1).The characteristic peak of fentanyl was 1002 cm^(-1).Conclusion This method is fast,accurate,non-destructive,easy-to-operate,and can quickly and accurately identify and quantify fentanyl.
