摘　　要：近年来,药物辅助犯罪(drug-facilitated crimes)时有发生,尤其是在性侵犯等案件中,犯罪人员经常使用安眠药、抗焦虑药、抗抑郁药等,使被害人丧失抵抗能力,从而达到其犯罪目的。然而受被害人心理、药物顺行、遗忘等因素影响,此类案件往往报案时间滞后,而常规血液、尿液检材检测窗口期短,涉案药物体内代谢速度较快,因此证实被害人被动摄入药物给检测人员带来挑战。头发因检测窗口期长,反映摄药时间等特点,在此类案件中有独特优势,通过对头发中安眠药等多种类型镇静催眠类药物的研究现状,处理方法,分析方法,阳性阈值等进行分析,以期为建立头发中多种类型镇静催眠类药物的分析方法提供参考。In recent years,drug-facilitated crimes often occur,especially in osexual assault cases.Criminals often use sleeping pills,anti-anxiety drugs,antidepressants,etc.,to make victims lose their ability to resist,so as to achieve their criminal purposes.However,affected by the victim's psychology,drug amnesia and other factors,such cases are often reported with a lag time,while the routine blood and urine test materials detection window is short,and the metabolism rate of the drugs involved is faster,so confirming the victim's passive ingestion of drugs brings challenges to the detection personnel.Hair has a unique advantage in this case due to the long detection window period and the characteristics of reflecting the time of taking drugs.Through the analysis of the research status,treatment methods,analysis methods and positive thresholds of various types of sedative and hypnotic drugs in hair,the author hopes to provide references for the establishment of analytical methods for various types of sedative and hypnotic drugs in hair.
