摘 要:目的:探讨高能量半导体激光仪融合子午流注纳子法治疗中风后腰痛的效果。方法:将中风后腰痛患者随机分为对照组43例、观察组43例,对照组给予四肢联动训练,观察组给予融合子午流注纳子法的高能量半导体激光仪治疗+四肢联动训练。比较两组腰痛评分(VAS)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、P物质(SP)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)、腰肌激活对称指数(SI)、躯干损伤评定量表(TIS)以及步行姿势。结果康复后观察组腰痛VAS评分、5-HT、SP、PGE2、腰肌SI、下肢负重对称性、躯干侧弯与前屈的角度低于对照组(P<0.05),TIS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高能量半导体激光仪融合子午流注纳子法可提升中风后腰痛的治疗效果,并改善躯干肌激活平衡性与控制能力,纠正代偿姿势。Objective:To investigate the effect of high energy semiconductor laser fusion with meridian flow nano method in the treatment of low back pain after stroke.Methods:The patients with low back pain after stroke were randomly divided into the control group(43 cases)and the observation group(43 cases).The control group was given limbs linkage training,and the observation group was given high energy semiconductor laser therapy+limbs linkage training.The lower back pain scale(VAS),5-serotonin(5-HT),Substance P(SP),prostaglandin E2(PGE2),Psoas activation symmetry index(SI),Trunk Injury Rating Scale(TIS)and walking posture were compared between the two groups.Results:After rehabilitation,VAS score,5-HT,SP,PGE2,SI of psoas muscle,symmetry of lower limb weight,and Angle of lateral bending and forward bending of trunk in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),TIS score was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The high energy semiconductor laser fusion method can improve the treatment effect of low back pain after stroke,improve the activation balance and control ability of trunk muscle,and correct the compensatory posture.
