摘 要:目的:探讨急性胰腺炎患者在限制饮食过程中的实际体验。方法:选取2023年1月~2023年12月12例急性胰腺炎患者为研究对象,质性研究对其进行访谈,运用Nvivo11软件将录音内容转录成文字,Colaizzi法分析访谈资料。结果:急性胰腺炎患者在饮食限制过程主要表现:饮食习惯及质量出现改变存在多方面挑战;期间情绪不高且容易出现焦虑;尝试了多种措施并坚持饮食限制;病状明显得到改善对饮食限制管理意识增强。结论:了解急性胰腺炎患者饮食限制现状,关注其心理情绪,提供饮食指导,保障饮食干预的正确性,并给予充分的社会支持,可帮助患者更好地完成饮食限制。Objective:To explore the experience of dietary restriction in patients with acute pancreatitis.Method:Twelve patients with acute pancreatitis from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.Qualitative research was conducted to interview them,Nvivo11 software was used to transcribe the recording content into text,and the interview data was analyzed by Colaizzi method.Result:The main manifestations of dietary restriction in patients with acute pancreatitis are:Changes in eating habits and quality present multiple challenges;During the period of low mood and prone to anxiety;Tried multiple measures and stuck to dietary restrictions;The symptoms were significantly improved and the awareness of dietary restriction management was enhanced.Conclusion:Understanding the current situation of dietary restriction in patients with acute pancreatitis,paying attention to their psychological emotions,providing dietary guidance,ensuring the correctness of dietary intervention,and providing adequate social support can help patients better complete dietary restriction.
