微波凝固、抗酸在LPR合并声带息肉中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:探究微波凝固、抗酸在LPR合并声带息肉中的应用。方法:选取2023年5月-2024年5月收治的LPR合并声带息肉患者106例,分为单一手术组、微波抗酸组。单一手术组微波凝固治疗,微波抗酸组微波凝固联合抗酸治疗。比较两组肺功能指标、T淋巴细胞亚群,对比炎性因子水平。结果:治疗后,与单一手术组相比,微波抗酸组肺指标、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平均较高、CD8+、SP、ECP及TNF-α水平均较低,治疗有效率较高(P<0.05)。结论:LRP合并声带息肉应用微波凝固、抗酸治疗,可改善患者免疫功能,减轻炎症反应及肺损伤。Objective:To explore the application of microwave coagulation and acid resistance in LPR complicated with vocal cord polyps.Methods:From May 2023 to May 2024,106 patients with LPR complicated with vocal cord polyps were selected and divided into single operation group and microwave acid-resistant group.The single operation group was treated with microwave coagulation,and the microwave anti-acid group was treated with microwave coagulation combined with anti-acid treatment.The lung function indexes,T lymphocyte subsets and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,compared with the single operation group,the microwave acid-fast group had higher lung indexes,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+levels,but lower CD8+,SP,ECP and TNF-αlevels,and the treatment efficiency was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of microwave coagulation and acid-fast therapy to LRP complicated with vocal cord polyps can improve the immune function of patients and reduce inflammatory reaction and lung injury.
