摘 要:通过采用数值模拟的方式,对半面罩式动力送风呼吸防护装置的呼吸腔内流场展开研究,采用控制变量方法,研究了进气口数量和进气口角度对呼吸腔内CO_(2)浓度、气流速度、压力、CO_(2)吸入量产生的影响。并对呼吸腔内部CO_(2)浓度场和气流速度场进行仿真分析,结合不同进气口数量及角度下的面罩内CO_(2)浓度分布云图和气流速度曲线,结果表明:在双进气口结构下、进气口方向朝向面罩前端,角度在20°~25°范围内,既能满足安全要求,又有利于呼吸腔内气体交换,人体佩戴舒适度良好,为半面罩结构优化提供相关的理论基础。This article focuses on the study of the flow field inside the breathing chamber of a half-face power supply respiratory protection device.The research method is numerical simulation,and the control variables are used to study the effects of the number and angle of air intakes on the CO_(2)concentration,airflow velocity,pressure,and CO_(2)inhalation in the breathing chamber.The simulation analysis of the CO_(2)concentration field and airflow velocity field in the breathing chamber was carried out,and combined with the CO_(2)concentration distribution nephogram and airflow velocity curve in the mask under different inlet numbers and angles.It was concluded that under the dual inlet structure,the air inlet was facing the front end of the mask,and the angle within 20°-25°could not only meet the safety requirements,but also be conducive to the gas exchange in the breathing chamber.The human body was comfortable to wear providing relevant theoretical basis for optimizing the structure of the half-face mask.
